Weifang's Helehe meat fire is my favorite pasta in the whole Shandong! When I came to Weifang, my family invited me and brought me to this Helewang. I thought about eating a bowl of noodles, but I ordered a bunch of Weifang specialties. The amount of "traditional solid chicken and duck and fun" is really big to a bit amazing, the gluten is tough, soaked in the soup made of chicken and duck, very fresh. There are chicken and duck meat, lunch meat, egg skin, sweet garlic, vegetables and so on. Lunch meat is delicious! It is countless times better than the outside with the flavor. The most classic of Hele is sweet garlic. It is not only greasy in the soup, but also adds the level of the taste of this noodles. This way of eating is the original creation of Weifang and Le, and it is also my favorite. I personally think that the other specialties are average. The taste here is much heavier than Qingdao, so I feel that all the dishes are salty. The "Yuxian Fried Meat" five-fragrant meat is the color of Weifang New Year's Eve dinner, the outer skin is slightly burnt, but it is softer than Zibo's, and the meat inside is tender. Each piece is very real and it is very enjoyable to eat. The "radish balls" balls are not fried enough, and the content of radishes is not very high, but Weifang's balls are used to eating hot and sour soup. "Fried chicken wings" outer skin is extremely awkward, but also wrapped with fragrant sesame seeds, it is too salty...
